PROTECT E-MTB MANUFACTURE BASH GUARDS FOR SPECIALIZED LEVO AND KENEVO 2019/20/21 GEN2. GUARD ONLY.

They are simple but high quality bash guards/skid plates for your E-MTB. Our guards are designed to protect your motor housing from damage from debris, roots and rocks. We only use the highest quality aviation alloys due to their high strength-to-weight ratio, (261 grams lighter than steel). Being more flexible than steel means our manufacturing team can mould for a perfect fit, alloy also offers better impact resistance.

For our 2019/20/21 GEN2 guard, we have incorporated a specially designed rubber grommet between the battery housing and guard. This gives even more impact protection.

For our black versions, we use a brushed finish on our guards. This allows for excellent adhesion and strength when hard anodised. It is extremely hard wearing.

Our Specialized guards are the first in the world to incorporate a counterbore hole to protect the bolt from damage. Our drain hole in the rear of the guard is also off set to the drain hole in the motor cover. This is to help stop mud and debris getting into the motor housing whilst still allowing full drainage as usual.
Protect E-MTB guards have been fully tested in some of the harshest condition. All our bash guards have been trail tested in Scotland, Wales and Rogate bike park.
