PROTECT E-MTB MANUFACTURE BASH GUARDS FOR CUBE STEREO ONE 77 AND ONE44 WITH BOSCH GEN5 MOTOR AND 800W BATTERY MODELS IN HARD ANODISED BLACK. OUR GUARDS ARE DESIGNED TO PROTECT YOUR MOTOR HOUSING FROM DAMAGE CAUSED BY DEBRIS, ROOTS AND ROCKS.

They are simple but high quality bash guards/skid plates for your E-MTB. We only use the highest quality aviation alloys due to their high strength-to-weight ratio, weight is just 162grams.Being more flexible than steel means our manufacturing team can mould for a perfect fit, alloy also offers better impact resistance. The inside of guard has impact pads for extra protection.

We use a brushed finish on our guards. This allows for excellent adhesion and strength when hard anodised. It is extremely hard wearing.

Protect E-MTB guards have been fully tested in some of the harshest condition. All our bash guards have been trail tested and manufactured in our approved ISO facility.

1/ HEAVY DUTY VELCRO PADS WITH REPLACEMENT SPARES FOR THE FUTURE

2/ 2 X HEX NUT AND BOLTS, THIS IS THE ONE WE RECOMMEND. Please note drilling is required into the plastic motor cover at the rear, once installed the guard stays extremely solid and can be kept on the motor cover for its life time. It’s any easy installation taking approx. 15 minutes. Instructions and fitting hardware provided. Once fitted it does not need to be removed, when the plastic cover is removed at the front the guard comes off with it.
