BASH GUARD FOR ORBEA WILD 2025/2026 WITH BOSCH GEN5 MOTOR BRUSHED ALLOY

Protect E-MTB manufacture simple but high quality bash guards for your E-MTB.

Our guards are designed to protect your motor housing from damage by roots and rocks . We only use the highest quality aviation alloys due to its high strength-to-weight ratio, the guard only weighs 126 grams. Being a more flexible material means our manufacturing team can mould for a perfect fit and alloy offers excellent impact resistance. Front and rear vent slots match the OEM’s plastic motor cover so not to effect airflow of drainage. We have  also added a number of internal impact pads between the guard and motor cover for even more protection.  We provide extra-long bolts for attaching the front of the guard. The rear is held on with a nut and bolt, drilling is required through the rear of the plastic motor cover, very easy installation, takes approx. 10 minutes and once on can stay on when removing the cover for cleaning, maintenance.

Note to buyer, we will get asked why we haven’t used the side screws on the motor cover as a fixing point.

1/ advised against this due to any warranty issues

2/ side screws are only 4m and have no strength.

3/ although bikes tested were 2025 models some were out by 1 or 2 mil , we are not sure if this was because not all frames were exact or motor position. If out by 1 mil the guard would not fit all bikes using the side fixings.    

Drilling one small hole into the plastic motor cover is required to keep this guard very secure and avoid frame warranty issues. 

For our black versions we use a brushed finish on our guards which allows for excellent adhesion and strength when hard anodised.

Please note with some brands we may ask for a picture of your bike and motor cover, frames are not exactly the same (out by 1 or 2 mm) or motor cover different depending on region.
