PROTECT E-MTB SPECIALIZED LEVO 2025 GEN4 , FITS ALL GEN 4 MODELS.

We manufacture simple but high quality bash guards/skid plates for your E-MTB. Our guards are designed to protect your motor housing from damage from debris, roots and rocks. We only use the highest quality aviation alloys due to their high strength-to-weight ratio, weighing just 148 grams .Being more flexible than steel means our manufacturing team can mould for a perfect fit , alloy also offers better impact resistance.

For our latest GEN4 guard, we have incorporated specially designed and manufactured rubber grommets front and back which fit around the screws internally and act as a bumper between the motor housing and guard, impact pads have also been added for extra protection.

For our black versions, we use a brushed finish on our guards. This allows for excellent adhesion and strength when hard anodised. It is extremely hard wearing.

Our Specialized guards are the first in the world to incorporate a counterbore hole to protect the bolt from damage.
Protect E-MTB guards have been fully tested in some of the harshest condition.

Fitting is very simple , takes 5 minutes with all fitting hardware supplied in a fitting kit and instructions.
