Protect E-MTB manufacture simple but high quality bash guards for your E-MTB.
Our guards are designed to protect your motor housing from damage by roots and rocks . We only use the highest quality aviation alloys due to its high strength-to-weight ratio, only 158 grams (222 grams lighter than steel) , being more flexible than steel means our manufacturing team can mould for a perfect fit and offers better impact resistance. We have widened our 750w guard to protect the underneath of the motor housing where the vents are located, this helps to prevent mud and debris getting inside the housing where the wiring is located. Airflow and drainage are not affected.
For our black versions we use a brushed finish on our guards which allows for excellent adhesion and strength when hard anodised and is extremely hard wearing.
Protect E-MTB guards have been fully tested in some of the harshest condition.

We have also added an impact pad inside the guard at the point of most impacts for even more protection. We have widened our 750w guard to protect the underneath of the motor housing where the vents are located, this helps to prevent mud and debris getting inside the housing where the wiring is located.
